Traveling abroad? Come apply for a passport.

You will need:
COMPLETED APPLICATION
New Passport Application Form DS - 11 or Renewal Application Form DS-82 Form
COPY of BIRTH CERTIFICATE or PREVIOUS PASSPORT
PA DRIVERS LICENSE or OUT-OF-STATE LICENSE with COLLEGE ID
FRONT AND BACK COPIES OF ALL ID’S (No double-sided copies!)
Two Color Passport Photos

Beginning October 1, 2020, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL ID-compliant license, identification card, or another form of federally-acceptable identification (such as a valid passport or military ID) to: Board domestic commercial flights. Enter a military base. Enter a federal facility that requires ID at the door
